- RETURNS & SAFETY POLICY
We are sorry to read that you want to return your purchase. We do not put back returns in our distribution line but systematically destroy them. We do this for your safety to ensure the product you receive are new and untouched. Please understand that we will have a thorough check on return approvals Please send your request to customercare@ytsara.com. We will review each case individually when considering the return of the product; in some cases we may require further information such as pictures so we can choose the best course of action.
- DAMAGED ITEMS
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at customercare@ytsara.com. Please attach pictures of the damaged items, your order number along with your email address a member of our team will get in touch with you. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier. Our aim is to send you replacement as quickly as possible.
- INCORRECT ITEM
We have high standards when it comes to packaging your order however mistakes, do occur from time to time. Please accept our apologies if you have received an incorrect item. Please contact us immediately at customercare@ytsara.com. As part of our customer objectives, we will do our upmost to resolve your query with speed, ease and with absolute minimal inconvenience.

We are pleased to send you replacement if an items was damaged or incorrect but will not refund your purchase in any case.
