We are pleased to send you replacement if an items was damaged or incorrect but will not refund your purchase in any case.

Please see our Privacy Policy for more information on managing your email preferences. Ytsara emails provide you with news on the latest looks, launches, tips, trends, offers and more. If you opt-out of Voyage d’Ytsara Loyalty Account related emails, you will no longer receive emails regarding your Voyage d’Ytsara status or the program benefits or rewards that may be available to you.

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at customercare@ytsara.com. Please attach pictures of the damaged items, your order number along with your email address a member of our team will get in touch with you. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier. Our aim is to send you replacement as quickly as possible.

We have high standards when it comes to packaging your order however mistakes, do occur from time to time. Please accept our apologies if you have received an incorrect item.
